The Client

The Role
Our Client is looking for a direct marketing professional to help drive measurable growth across the ANZ region. Working with a growing team, the Marketing Manager ANZ will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Director, APAC and have full regional responsibility for local strategy and execution. The successful candidate will develop and execute effective B2B marketing activities as part of the Country integrated marketing strategy (digital, online and face to face).
 
This person will have four key pillars of responsibility:
  • Significant B2B Marketing experience across all marketing channels
  • Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation
  • Strong negotiation skills and effective budget management capability
  • Ability to develop and articulate strategy, able to drive translation of strategy into successful tactics and execution
  • Using a combination of Global company marketing collateral and a directory of amazing customer case studies the Marketing Manager ANZ will stamp their own creative/innovative mark on the local business.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, experienced marketing professional with demonstrable track record of supporting sales growth and brand awareness for a Market Leader. This person will be a B2B marketeer ideally with experience working for technology vendors and has strong communication skills, is able to collaborate with, and positively influence a wide range of multifunctional colleagues at Country, APAC and Global level.
 
Crucially this person must have a can-do attitude and work closely with the local Sales team. This is key to build amazing relationships and partner with the team to drive account based marketing programmes.
