Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the team based in Indonesia. This role is open exclusively to candidates located in Indonesia.

You will partner closely with marketing, field sales, and channel teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting. The role requires proactive outreach, effective lead qualification, consultative engagement, and tight collaboration with Account Executives to drive new pipeline.
You will engage potential clients through well-researched, meaningful conversations - understanding their industry, challenges, and buying triggers. You will be responsible for both managing inbound inquiries and executing outbound outreach through phone, email, and social channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads, providing relevant insights and guiding prospects until they are ready for sales engagement.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting into targeted accounts in Indonesia, identifying key stakeholders and securing meetings for the sales team.
  • Research and profile strategic accounts, understanding key contacts, business challenges, and potential opportunities to start the sales cycle.
  • Maintain accurate qualification notes and activity data in Salesforce to ensure smooth sales cycle execution.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition in Identity Security and align solutions with prospects’ key business issues.
  • Drive attendance for events such as webinars, tradeshows, and local seminars, collaborating closely with the regional team.
  • Manage time effectively to meet personal and team-wide objectives.
  • Support additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in lead qualification, outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, or appointment setting.
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise software market in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and social platforms, with strong cultural awareness.
  • High level of proactivity and confidence in cold calling.
  • Strong online research abilities to gather insights on prospects and industries.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates initiative and eagerness to learn all aspects of the role.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive and driven mindset.
