Our client is currently seeking for a driven and technically sound CRM Business Analyst to be an advocate on how specific applications, systems, and process to bring the business to greater heights.
About the role
- Provide an overview of Dynamics CRM processors and screen flow to the project team.
- Establish detailed business requirements and processors to accomplish user workshop.
- Support and design the clients designs for end user materials and training plan.
- Provide input to test preparations.
- Experience deploying Microsoft Power Platform solutions for customers in a variety of industries
- At least 3 years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement as a Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations
- Knowledge and experience in .NET, C# and Power Platform
- Demonstrable experience in Business Process Reengineering (BRP)
- Global exposure working on implementation.
