Our client is a US-headquartered SaaS company that specializes in automation solutions, helping businesses streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Their products focus on robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow optimization across various industries. As a Sales Manager, you are responsible to drive mid market businesses across Hong Kong, Korea and Greater China markets. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process for mid-market accounts, from pipeline generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Run consultative sales cycles, engaging with decision-makers across multiple functions
  • Partner with marketing, sales development, and solutions engineers to create compelling customer journeys
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth handoff to customer success teams
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Key Requirements:
  • At least 8 of experience in B2B sales within in tech/software/SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in mid-market or SMB segment
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust at multiple levels of an organization
  • Experience in selling enterprise software; automation solutions is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • A hunter mindset with the discipline to manage a full sales pipeline
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
