As the Head of Sales, Financial Services at a prominent Global IT Services Company, your role entails overseeing a team of sales and account managers throughout ASEAN. Additionally, you'll be responsible for managing the profit and loss (P&L) associated with selling IT Application Services.
  • Lead expansion of client base and oversee sales, account planning, business growth, market penetration, and profitability.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients within a designated region.
  • Generate new business opportunities from existing accounts by highlighting  service capabilities.
  • Lead a team in selling various solutions and services such as ERP, CRM, Digital, Cloud, and Infrastructure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets outlined in the annual plan for the region.
  • Manage commercial aspects including revenue, margins, and receivables for existing accounts.
  • Identify gaps in delivery and propose enhancements to services.
  • Ensure timely resolution of delivery issues.
  • Cultivate relationships with CXOs, conducting quarterly business reviews and handling client escalations.
Job Requirements:
  • More than 15 years of sales experience in the IT industry
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in selling IT service solutions to banking and financial services clientele.
  • Strong experience in team management, including leadership roles as a sales leader or head of sales.
  • Well-versed in servicing BFSI clients throughout the ASEAN region.
  • Extensive knowledge of application services and cloud technologies.
  • Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computing and/or business management.
