We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Ops Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting operations to join a global investment management firm.

The client is a global investment management firm with a global presence across 10 cities and an AUM of USD 50 billion.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the delivery of regulatory reports and controls frameworks for the region while working closely with internal teams globally.
  • Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting metrics spanning the operational trade lifecycle (trade volumes, matching, settlement, and positions/balances).
  • Consolidation of key regulatory reports for local and international regulators.
  • Create and manage comprehensive scorecards aligning key performance indicators by asset class, market, broker, trading group, legal entity etc.
  • Perform data analytics to identify trends and gaps and automate any manual reporting processes through programming and business intelligence tools (VBA/SQL/Python/Tableau).
  • Adhoc duties as required.


Successful candidate’s background:

  • At least 5 years of relevant Ops experience in the financial services with specific regulatory reporting experience.
  • Strong knowledge in financial instruments, securities and derivatives.
  • Knowledge in VBA/SQL/Python/Tableau and other business intelligence tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and written skills as required to work closely with local and global stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
