Carissa Cher

​Carissa is a Principal Consultant specialising in the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) industry.

Carissa started her recruitment journey 5 years ago with a UK-listed recruitment firm. She has been specialising in the Banking & Financial Services industry and has successfully built a strong track record. Her forte lies within the Middle to Back Office functions across mid to senior-level roles and is now specialising in this space.

Her patience and tenacity allowed her to win top awards over the years in the business and she was also promoted through the ranks. Through her experience, she believes in providing value-added tailored solutions and forming long-term partnerships with candidates and clients.

Carissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, majoring in Human Resource Consulting from Nanyang Technological University. Outside of work, she enjoys hitting the gym, attending a good spin class and is currently learning golf as well.
