You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for originating and executing debt capital market transactions across the region. The role involves performing fundamental, financial, and credit analysis to support client funding and corporate requirements, preparing high-quality pitch books for capital raising and advisory mandates, and monitoring market trends to provide timely updates to clients.
 
On the execution side, you will coordinate the full deal lifecycle, including internal approvals, documentation, structuring, due diligence, ratings, investor marketing, and settlement. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from mandate to closing, while building strong relationships with client working-level teams.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Debt Capital Markets and/or Equity Capital Markets. Strong knowledge of accounting, credit fundamentals, and financial modeling is essential, along with commercial awareness and a genuine interest in financial markets. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deals, and meet tight deadlines are critical.
