A reputable regional bank is looking for a Structured Finance & Lending Specialist to drive origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing solutions across ASEAN.
 
This role partners closely with Relationship Managers and product teams to deliver bespoke structures spanning project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated loans, commodity finance, and hybrid instruments. You will lead end-to-end deal structuring—including financial modelling, pricing, term sheet negotiation, and internal approvals—while maintaining strong market insight across priority sectors such as infrastructure, energy, real estate, industrials, consumer, and TMT. As a key front-office stakeholder, you will engage directly with clients, drive regional collaboration, and act as a first line of defense to ensure high-quality, compliant, and risk-aligned deal execution.
 
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in corporate or wholesale banking, proven experience in structured/specialized lending, strong analytical and credit skills, deep sector knowledge, and regional exposure. Familiarity with syndication processes, APLMA standards, and cross-border financing is highly preferred.
