  • Corporate firm (developer) involved in developing various renewable energy projects across SEA
  • Sector experience: Ideally have done Renewable energy / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & gas projects or in related fields.
  • Reporting to Chief Commercial Officer, permanent headcount
 

Responsibilities:
  • Managing a transaction process from term sheet until post completion, market research and analysis
  • Coordinating with various teams internally and externally regarding any acquisition or sale transaction, project management of an acquisition or sale transaction, market research and analysis
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors on any acquisition or sale transaction
  • Track and monitor the due diligence process including ensuring the data room is complete
  • Support market research and analysis including renewable energy policies of various countries
  • Reviewing financial models, term sheets, due diligence reports, definitive agreements
  • Support overseeing and coordinating all acquisition or sale transactions are completed on a timely basis
  • Assist with structuring of the transactions
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 8-10 years of experience across the following sectors Renewable energy / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & gas
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy transactions and its process
  • Experience of project managing with both internal teams and external stakeholders and advisors to ensure completion of a transaction
  • Team player, family culture, comfortable with working in small teams
  • High visibility and exposure to working with C-level, candidate has to be hands on
  • Good work ethics and attitude
  • Good communication skills
