Responsibilities:

  • Support the group in capital raising, investor outreach and engagement, structuring and marketing of private funds
  • Support strategic initiatives as it relates to Group's various capital management platform
  • Support syndication leads in fund structuring and project management of capital raising process, with focus on fund syndication and managing investor due diligence, for private real estate funds
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and financial modelling for purposes of evaluating property portfolios as part of potential private real estate funds feasibility studies
  • Work with Asset, Investment and Finance teams to better understand the business plans and fund raising requirements in order to market the group
  • Support group and fund level marketing materials with active support on the investor engagement front
  • Manage market intelligence and collate market industry information, conducting research for benchmarking / comparison analysis purposes
  • Work with various business units to set up private real estate funds


Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • At least 3-6 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, fund raising, investment banking etc
  • Have good understanding of current deployment needs and preferences of investors
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Have some experience with investor engagement across Asia, development of relationships and business development
  • Ability to analyse and evaluate project level cash flows and returns, manage deadlines efficiently, and understand the legal and operational structure of private equity funds
  • Have good quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis
  • Resourceful, strong interpersonal and communication skills
