A new digital banking platform is seeking a Cyber-Fraud Operations Team Lead to join the team.

The incumbent will manage a team of fraud operations analysts to drive the bank’s development of anti-fraud strategies, development of SOPs, policies and effective workflow. You will manage the operational processes for fraud management through implementation, review, and monitoring of risk indicators to identify any fraudulent activities.

Strong experience and knowledge working with key stakeholders to investigate fraud cases. At least 5 years fraud management experience within Financial Services. IT audit/compliance/risk candidates with experience in Cyber Security could be considered too. Applicants who have experience in people management will be highly considered.
