Our Client is a leading Fortune 500 resources MNC, searching for a high-calibre Head Compliance with a focus on sanctions and trade. The hire is expected to work closely with traders and business stakeholders. This hire will manage compliance risk strategies, policies and frameworks, managing regulatory compliance as well as ESG activities at an appropriate time. The hire will perform on-going risk assessments and effectively contribute towards improvement of risk mitigation activities within the Group.
You will:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12-15 years of relevant working experience in a similar setting, preferably both in a corporate and a professional firm.
  • Regulatory compliance in the areas of anti-corruption, trade compliance, sanctions and whistleblowing
  • Possess the relevant compliance and audit certifications
  • Be very comfortable liaising with traders, stakeholders across all seniority levels across the Group
