The Role:
Our client, is a leading Financial Services Firm dedicated to providing innovative solutions within broker dealer space and they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting corporate activities, particularly in the areas of M&A and JV transactions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding the interests of the company.

Requirements:
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Transactions of a top-tier law firm, coupled with a robust academic background.
  • M&A transactions and joint venture experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
