The Role
My client is a leading Payments and Crypto Firm and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Lead to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all PSA and Regulatory Compliance related matters, and be part of their growth strategy as the scale across APAC.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Work with MAS on all licensing related matters
  • Provide Regulatory Advisory on any PSA and MAS related requirements.
  • Maintain the Compliance framework for the Payments and Crypto business
  • Monitor any high-risk transactions and mitigate any Risks in the business
  • Partner with external vendors and ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field
  • At least 10 years of Compliance experience – PSA experience is a must
  • Prior Compliance experience in a Payments and Crypto Firm Firm
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
