Client Details:
Our client is a well-established, sizable, reputable, full-service international law firm with westernized culture and friendly working environment.

Job responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support debt cycle management and collections strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners to agree on collection approaches for outstanding invoices.
  • Liaise with clients to chase payments, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records of activity.
  • Monitor payment patterns, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Ensure credit control procedures align with firm policies and meet cash/debtor targets.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Revenue teams on reconciliations, credit notes, and reporting accuracy.
  • Provide commercial advice, prepare reports, and support fee earners with credit control matters.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies or professional services
  • Good communication skill and can work independently
  • Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
  • Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
