The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Company Secretarial Officer to join their team. You will provide full spectrums of company secretarial matters in a highly professional manner.
- Handle company incorporation for Hong Kong and offshore companies
- Assist Hong Kong and offshore companies with compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Update and maintain the e-filing system
Requirements:
- Diploma in relevant discipline/Company Secretarial Studies/Corporate Administration or university graduate
- Min. 3 years of working experience in company secretarial matters is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer
