An exciting role has come up with a Digital Bank for a Client Experience Lead. This is mainly a B2C business.
 
You will be responsible for defining the customer experience and customer journey. Working close with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer, you will shape and drive the development of an innovative customer journey, utilizing AI tools to build a world class customer experience. This would include platforms across (but not limited to) Interactive Voice Response Systems, in-app audio & video chats, text messaging, etc
 
The ideal candidate would have proven track record in building up customer experience, ideally withing a B2C environment and a digital-focussed firm. You will have strong foundation in CX measurement / AI tools to build and drive the customer service function and be passionate about the Fintech industry.
