A leading Bank is seeking a Head of Business and Operational Resilience to join the team.
 
As the Head of Business and Operational Resilience, you will be the key person managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks and programs for the bank, including disaster recovery, crisis management etc. There will be a team of BCM specialists reporting into this role, who will support with more BAU execution and operational duties, while this role at the Head level will focus more on overall strategy, governance related work. As the team lead, you will also be the lead person to present during high level discussions/meetings with senior stakeholders.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 12-15 years relevant experience in the BCM practice in Banking, strong experience across business and operational resilience, operational risk and governance, crisis management etc. We are seeking a seasoned leader with at least 5 years in a management role. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, project management skills are a pre-requisite for the role.
