Responsibilities:
 
  • Design and maintain the UI design system for consistent design language across all touchpoints.
  • Identify and troubleshoot key UI/UX issues, offering creative solutions for improved user experiences.
  • Develop and deliver assets for channels, campaigns, and touchpoints, including ideation and creative/graphic adaptations.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups, balancing business requirements with user-centric design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to propose simple solutions for complex problems.
  • Align visual designs with website and app functionalities in coordination with tech/developers.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense in design work.
  • Communicate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Photoshop.
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and discovery workshops, synthesizing insights.
  • Stay updated on visual design technologies and industry trends.
  • Basic understanding of technology systems and B2B financial services.
 

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating hi-fi prototypes and animated graphics/creatives.
  • Coming from banking, fintech, digital banking, virtual banking industries will be a bonus!
  • Knowledge of technology systems, banking, and financial services/products.
  • Familiarity with UX toolsets like Protopie, Useberry, Spline.
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
