The Role:

Join a global investment firm with one of the largest and most diverse private equity fund programmes worldwide. The firm invests across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific in sectors such as Healthcare, Consumer, Financial Services, Technology, Industrials, Sustainable Energy, and Infrastructure. 

As a Transaction Manager, you will partner closely as a business legal resource, with the investment team to drive seamless and timely deal closings. This includes reviewing and negotiating key investment agreements, managing compliance requirements, coordinating with external counsel, and streamlining operational processes for efficiency and scale.

This role is an excellent opportunity for M&A or PE lawyers in practice seeking to transit into a dynamic investment environment, inhouse

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, admission to the Singapore bar
  • 3–5 years of experience in M&A, private equity, or financial services transactions
  • Strong knowledge of investment agreements, corporate governance, and compliance processes
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
