The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a banking and finance lawyer to join their well-established regional banking team as senior associate. You will be working with an experienced team and advising banks, private funds and corporates on a wide range of complex, high-profile and highly structured debt financing transactions across the Asia region.
Requirements:
- Hong Kong or common law legal qualification
- 4+ PQE in general banking and finance, acquisition finance or structured finance
