The Role:
We are partnering with a conglomerate to grow their legal team. You will play a key role in providing strategic legal advice on corporate and commercial matters. Reporting to the Group Head Legal, you will handle contract negotiations, manage legal risks, M&A and restructuring transactions, and safeguard the company’s interests across diverse business operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with 8–12 years’ post-qualification experience (Singapore or England & Wales), gained in both private practice and in-house roles
  • Strong corporate M&A background, ideally with EPC experience, and proven ability to handle high-value transactions
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager with a commercial mindset
