Joining as the Head of Enterprise Technology & Operations (T&O), Human Resources (HR) and Group Strategic Communications and Brand (GSCB), you will provide leadership and technology solutions specializing in Enterprise Technology for Human Resources, and Strategic Communications and Brand across the Bank. This includes and is not limited to primary expertise in HR, and Strategic Communications and Brand systems. In partnership with Group HR and GSCB function leaders and stakeholders you will design, implement and lead the technology roadmap strategy for their organizations. You will ensure the Bank’s technology solutions support the GHR and GSCB function’s strategic goals and ambitions.

You will be extremely adaptable and possess exceptional communication skills to be able to build and foster great working relationships with business and technology stakeholders alike and your team members. You will be a visible and influential people leader, with an ability to inspire, guide and train the people around you.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management

Job Requirements:

  • You’ll have over 15 years of the relevant banking experience, having managed technology development teams of at least 10 team members. Equivalent experience and skills also considered.
  • Good and proven fundamental knowledge of Project Management
  • Deep understanding of the HR, i.e. SAP HR, SuccessFactors and WorkDay, and Strategic Communications and Brand Systems
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into actions that meet business objectives
  • Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Manage divergent agendas and divergent stakeholders with win-win solution
  • Manage organizational ambiguity and differing stakeholder views
  • Strong understanding of business strategies and ability to translate them into concrete achievable action plans
  • Ability to collaborate, drive motivation across diverse team members and manage difficult conversations
  • Owns and enhances workflows and processes, and delegated with clear accountabilities across the teams for delivery of outcomes
