Role Overview:
A ServiceNow Architect to play a pivotal role in bridging technical and business requirements. This position involves engaging with stakeholders, including clients, governance bodies, and project executives, to deliver comprehensive solutions. From project inception to completion, the architect will ensure the delivery of timely and budget-conscious solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow platform advancements to drive innovation.
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Leadership abilities with strong client-facing and consulting skills.
