A market leader in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.  
 
This is a team-management role, whereby you will be integral in driving a large-scale profitable business to the next level of growth. Working closely with regional country leads on a wide geographical coverage, you will drive the budgets and forecasts for the business, deep diving into anomalies and fluctuations and turning them into actionable steps to drive change. This involves looking closely at the firm’s current strategies, and business partnering with commercial leads for new business expansions, and process streamlining/automation/standardization. Lastly, you will be required to be hands-on and understand the processes at ground level – via working closely with in-country finance teams for month end, as well as external consultants and auditors.
 
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance or be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 10 years of relevant finance controllership and business partnering experience is integral, with a focus on driving process and changes in organisations. You should have at least 4 years of supervisory experience, with regional coverage and SAP background.
