​Jillian specialises in recruiting for Accountancy and Finance within the commercial industry space. She graduated with a degree in Human Resources, and started her recruitment career in a global search agency. In FY22, which was her last full financial year in the firm, she clinched the Top Biller title for Singapore and was Top 2 Perm Biller in Accounting & Finance for Asia. Known for her work ethics and consistency, she won 2 major accolades during her earlier years such as "Associate of the Year" and "Rising Star" Awards FY21.

She is a firm believer of doing the right things, and to never let complacency get in the way of success. "Do your best, let God do the rest" is the mantra that has been key to her drive. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, and she is also a huge foodie.
