Jillian specialises in recruiting for Accountancy and Finance within the commercial industry space. She comes from a background of both multinational and boutique headhunting firms where she was pegged the Top Biller for FY22, and Top 2 Perm Biller in Accounting and Finance for Asia in that very same year. Currently at Ethos BeathChapman, she had the opportunity to fast track her promotion to Associate Director within 6 months, and clinched Top Biller for Q3 Asia upon completion of her first full quarter within the firm. In her earlier recruitment days, she won 2 major accolades such as "Associate of the Year" and "Rising Star" Awards FY21 and was promoted 4 times within a span of 3 years.

Jillian is a firm believer of doing the right things, and to never let complacency get in the way of success. "Do your best, let God do the rest" is the mantra that has been key to her drive. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, and she is also a huge foodie.
