A market leader in the automotive industry is seeking an Accounting Manager (Treasury & Tax) to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, tax matters, and treasury operations for the Singapore office. This role works closely with regional teams and headquarters in Europe.
 
This is an individual contributor role, with support of your team members, whereby you will manage the full monthly and quarterly close, and deliver accurate management accounts. You will also cover tax computations, deferred tax, including quarterly GST reporting, and Transfer Pricing documentation. On the treasury side, you will oversee daily banking activities and maintain banking relationships. This includes monitoring cash balances and maintaining the Bank Account Management system. You will partake in process improvement initiatives from time to time.
 
The ideal candidate will be a CA/CPA-qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Finance and at least 6 years of relevant accounting and tax experience. You should be able to work independently and in a team, and able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across the organization.
