The Role:
 
My Client is a reputable MNC in the energy space looking to hire a projects and EPC Corporate lawyer due to an expansion in projects within APAC. The ideal candidate should possess good general corporate M&A, EPC (front end) and some projects experience.
 
 
You must:

  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a reputable university
  • Be called to the Singapore Bar or any Common Law jurisdiction with 4-5 years PQE
  • Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of corporate agreements- general corporate M&A, project finance and EPC front end drafting)
  • Building out contractual templates
  • Be able to work independently and in a team
