The Role:
We are working with a fast-growing, well-backed Tech company that is hiring a GC/Chief Legal Officer to lead its legal function. You will manage a team. This is a strategic leadership role covering a wide range of responsibilities, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, intellectual property, risk management, and legal support for HR and M&A activities. The ideal candidate will be a business-minded legal advisor who can balance legal risk with commercial objectives and support the company’s growth with sound, pragmatic advice.
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum 20+ years of legal experience, ideally with both top-tier law firm and in-house SaaS/Telco/tech exposure
  • Strong command of contract law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and technology related legal matters
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to align legal advice to business goals
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
