Ethos has a fantastic opportunity to offer a Lead Business Analyst the opportunity to develop and mentor your established team on an exciting multiyear regulatory transformation.  Responsibilities include  the day to day running of an established practice in addition to partnering with your team to work across operations, risk, regulatory and product initiatives that deliver compliance and services to financial services customers. 
 
You will have and further develop hands on experience of addressing business focused customer and regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 
 
Experience required for this role include:
  • An industry experienced Business Analysis practitioner with a demonstrated capability to develop, plan and organise business analysis deliverables, adjusting activities to achieve outcomes
  • The ability and drive to develop people with previous leadership experience (direct or indirect)
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy building relationships through collaboration and teamwork
  • Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, assurance and regulatory concepts
  • Experience delivering projects across large transformations within financial services environments
  • Extensive experience with agile development concepts; monitoring, measuring and improvement of BA methodologies, activities and deliverables
  • Attained IIBA CBAP Certification, IIBA CBATL Certification or equivalent demonstrated experience (desirable)
