Excellent IT Applications Experience
Experience with Contact Centre Applications
Experience with Finance and Trading Applications
Strong Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies and Governance · Excellent troubleshooting, Incident, Problem and Change management experience.
Experience with Reporting and Communication tools · Excellent Vendor Management experience
Excellent technical documentation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
