We are seeking a talented Cloud Engineer to join the Global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. This mid-level role focuses on enhancing cloud-based solutions on Microsoft Azure, driving automation, and ensuring the robustness of our systems to support global operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions on Azure and Kubernetes
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate and automate cloud-based systems
  • Maintain and manage cloud environments, ensuring smooth deployments and operations
  • Monitor systems for performance and availability, implementing disaster recovery strategies
  • Develop tools and processes to optimize operational efficiency
  • Provide expert-level support and participate in on-call rotations for critical systems

Technical Environment:
  • Cloud services and tools: Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Azure API Management, Azure Monitor
  • Blockchain technologies, microservices, and database systems (PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, ElasticSearch, Kafka)
  • Cloud security tools (Microsoft Defender, Fortigate Firewall) and best practices

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in cloud engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and serverless technologies
  • Proficiency in automation with Terraform and scripting in Bash or Ansible
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Opsgenie, Loki)
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and standards for cloud security (CIS, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, or PCI DSS)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
