A Singapore based trading firm is seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join their fast-growing organisation.
 
Coming onboard as an Assistant Office Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Head of Department. You will be overseeing general office operations and gives reports to the management. Manage filing systems and office supplies, maintains IT infrastructure, keeps inventory of orders as well as overseeing the office management and work systems.
 
The ideal candidate should have Diploma. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. Lastly, possessing strong communication and stakeholder management skills are integral, together with a keen interest in process improvement initiatives.
