Position Summary / Project Description
• Oversee the establishment of frameworks / training programs to supervise, coach and mentor staff so that staff performance and team capabilities are enhanced and strengthened.
• Manage and develop staff competencies to ensure a high performing team that can lead uplifting of audit and compliance management capabilities as an organisation.
• Ensure there is sufficient engagement and communication with key stakeholders like the risk and compliance teams within BSG.


Role and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee BSG group audit & compliance issues to resolution
  • Help to drive systematic improvements for reduction & self-identification of audit issues.
  • Work on audit management collaterals to help in pre-audit checks, RFI checklist and management response templates.
  • Lead team to identify systemic issues and put in place improvement plans to help line of business proactively self-identify compliance issues.
  • Lead team to work on the key initiatives as above.
  • Responsible for management reports on audit management and compliance.
  • This role will need to supervise the staffing within the audit management team as well as the SPOCs from the BSG teams and to put in place processes or implement systems to work within the various SETS/METS/Platform teams.
  • Ability to interact with entities CISOs, CIOs as they will have a bigger stake in the results of the business operations and the outcomes of compliance
  • This role is required to provide management reporting at the organization/entity senior management meetings.
  • Ability to convince stakeholders to work together to achieve the strategic outcomes for compliance and audit management while balancing operation needs and project priorities.
  • As the manager of the central compliance team, the role must step up to bridge the gap between BSG teams and auditors.
  • Sustaining and/or evolving the necessary competencies of the team under his/her charge.


Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with minimum 10 years of working experience.
  • Good understanding of IT policy requirements (e.g, IM8) and effective audit controls in order to bridge the gap between the BSG teams and the auditors.
  • Proven track records in leading a team in systems delivery, audit management or compliance assurance.
  • Experience in healthcare will be an advantage.
