Our client is a globally recognized software solutions provider in the MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) / APS (Advanced Planning & Scheduling) space.  As part of the Asia Leadership Team, this role offers a rare opportunity to make your mark in a rapidly evolving industry.
 
What You’ll Do
 
As Sales Director, you’ll take full ownership of the sales strategy and execution across ASEAN & India, driving new revenue growth and expanding market share. Leading a geographically distributed team, you’ll:
  • Define and drive regional go-to-market strategies
  • Cultivate and close high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Expand into target verticals such as Automotive and Hi-Tech Manufacturing (Electronics, Semiconductors, Medical Devices, etc.)
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor high-performance sales talent
  • Partner with global leadership to shape long-term business success
 
What We’re Looking For

You’re a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with a proven track record in enterprise software or services sales. Specifically, you bring: 
  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B software or solutions sales
  • Demonstrated success in territory and sales team management
  • Experience selling into complex, hi-tech industries
  • A history of building and scaling high-performing regional teams
  • Strong understanding of the ASEAN & India business landscape
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and deal-closing skills
