The payments ecosystem is made up of a combination of providers that interact with each other during the payment transaction process: issuers and acquirers, credit card, networks, payment processors, payment gateways, independent sales organizations and value-added resellers, and payment facilitators.
The position of Product Owner or Payment SME is to work with clients of payment services to ensure that their product is working as designed.  Business and technical knowledge of the payments lifecycle will see you succeed in this role.
The position is initially a 12 month fixed term engagement offering an attractive salary based on relevant skills and experience.   We would love to chat to exisiting Product Owners, Technical Payment SME's and/or Senior Business Analysts with Aquiring or Issuing experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include -
  • Assessing and monitoring the quality of our products and services to customers as well as ensuring appropriate support to ensure that service is of the highest quality.
  • Supporting teams through, technical product knowledge, product processes, communications and training.
  • Effectively handling, escalating and following up product related queries, issues and complaints to resolve customer concerns on the spot.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement is essential as you'll be have close client liaison as as well as work closely with the internal teams.
