The Role


As a Presales System Engineer you will work closely with customer support team, Channel Partners and Account Managers, focusing on technical aspects of the engagement. You will build and nurture relationships with key partners and help them integrate our Client’s portfolio with their solutions.
 
You will be responsible for the delivery of business and technical, with the use of all available resources and provide guidance to the account managers, channel partners and stakeholders during the whole process.


Responsibilities
 
  • Assessing customer business requirements and applying knowledge of customer business requirements to lead the creation of a technical opportunity strategy
  • Assisting Channel Partners and Account Managers in moving deals through the sales process
  • Developing the technical solutions to RFx issues by customers
  • Presenting Client’s solutions and technical materials to customers and partners
  • Communicating clearly with Post-sales teams and providing adequate documentation
  • Developing and leading Proof of Concept (PoC) where needed
  • Actively increasing knowledge of Client’s products and solutions and developing technical and sales skills; pursuing professional certifications


Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's Degree or appropriate equivalent
  • 5 years+ experience in a Presales and/or Professional Services organization (IT solutions preferred)
  • Strong communication and technical skills, including public speaking and persuasive presentation
  • Ability to work in unstructured environments, working with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communization and technical skills
  • Ability to respond to tenders and proposals
  • Strong relationship skills
