  • IAM tools management, engineering, and support (Level 2)
  • Friendly and stable team environment
  • Familiarity of Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) will be a plus
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead IAM support team in managing the identity access management tools and technology
  • Holistic correlation across systems to resolve underlying IAM issues and risks; risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks in RBAC implementations.
  • Fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, including Level 1 & 3 teams, stakeholders in broad security division, applications, infrastructure, business operations etc.
  • Address audit queries, evaluate support model effectiveness, and proactively resolve system issues.
  • Provide standby support for emergencies and collaborate on standard recovery processes – in case of critical incidents
  • Review deployment guides, manage deployment calendars, and ensure timely security updates and product patches
  • Supervise on BI reports, automation scripts implementation
  • Address audit queries, evaluate support model effectiveness, and proactively resolve system issues.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years IAM (Identity and Access Management), Information Security experience
  • Hands-on experience with RBAC and SOD (Segregation of Duty) implementation.
  • Strong knowledge in Oracle Identity Governance will be a plus
  • Proficient in Java, Python, or similar languages for automation (security engineering).
  • Project management experience and knowledge of relevant technologies.
