  • Play a crucial role in a large multinational conglomerate
  • Act as the primary IT Business Control Officer ensuring top-notch IT services delivery to Group’s respective Business Units.
  • Partner closely with respective Business Unit Heads and Group IT Office in IT strategy and controls.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with BU’s leadership to formulate and execute IT strategy in alignment with Group IT Strategy, Planning & Management.
  • Manage BU’s IT budget, oversee vendor contracts, and lead a team of business partners, project managers, and field support engineers.
  • Ensure effective delivery of IT services, meeting Service Level Agreement targets.
  • Engage stakeholders within the BU to understand their IT needs and incorporate them into Group IT plans.
  • Oversee portfolio of IT projects, mentor project managers, and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure adoption of Group IT policies, procedures, and best practices within BU business units.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with experience in IT  senior leadership role positions.
  • Proficient in IT infrastructure, Cyber / Information Security, Enterprise Applications, and SAP ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in leading medium-to-large sized IT projects
  • Experience in IT shared services organization in a business partnership role preferred (users of 1000 pax+ will be a bonus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in engaging senior management and operational staff.
