The Role:

Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their litigation team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to a team of partners and lawyers. Your key responsibilities will include:
 
  • Handling all aspects of diary management, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements.
  • Preparing and formatting various legal documents such as court bundles, correspondence, etc.
  • Proofreading and editing documents to ensure consistency, formatting, and compliance with the firm's standards.
  • Managing and maintaining records and filing systems
  • Handling time entry and issuing bills on a monthly basis
  • Providing support for other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience from law firms
  • Candidates with experience in EC/PI are highly preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) for internal & external communications and engagement
