The Role:

Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel to play a key role in their high-impact projects across the EPCC, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors.

In this newly created role, you will provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of financing matters, group investments, and global project development operations. You’ll be at the forefront of reviewing, drafting, and negotiating critical documents such as procurement contracts, EPCC agreements, commercial contracts, and Project Finance deal documentation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your legal expertise in a fast-paced, global environment where your insights will directly shape high-stakes business decisions. 

Requirements:
  • LLB (Hons), admitted to the Singapore Bar or Commonwealth Jurisdictions
  • At least 3 to 5 years PQE or of relevant experience preferably experience in projects, engineering, EPCC, petrochemical, or oil and gas industries is a strong advantage
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive team player attitude, capable of working independently and quickly understanding various businesses.
