The Role:
My client, a global medical and healthcare MNC is expanding the legal and compliance team in Asia. Strong global presence with patented blockbuster product. This is a newly created role and reports to the Asia Lead counsel on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.  Experience in compliance within the medical industry is highly desirable.
 
Requirements:
  • LLB (Hons), admitted to the Singapore Bar or Commonwealth Jurisdictions
  • At least 4-6 years PQE of relevant experience preferably from the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Experience in compliance, dealing with Healthcare Providers and approve advertising (medical events) and marketing promotion materials
  • Compliance reporting and due diligence for engaging health care providers
  • Familiarity dealing with government regulators, ensure medical industry standards are adhered
  • Review all contracts including distributor agreements and master service agreements
  • Provide legal support and advice on various corporate matters.
