The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Investment Funds lawyer in their Investment Funds team. You will be working closely with a professional partner on structuring and establishment of alternative investment funds investing across a range of asset classes (including private equity, debt, real estate and infrastructure)
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experienced Hong Kong qualified
- Solid Experience in Investment Funds practice
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
