The Role:
My client is a leading Payments and Crypto firm and we are looking for a Compliance candidate in Singapore. They are licensed by this MAS and now looking for a PSA Regulatory Compliance expert to take charge of all Regulatory and MAS matters.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Subject matter expert for all PSA related guidelines which includes MPI, DPT, Cross border transfer and stablecoins requirements
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns.
  • Support onboarding of complex client structures, trusts, investment vehicles, and cross-border arrangements.
  • Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership
 
Requirements:
  • Fintech experience is a must. At least 10 years in a regulatory compliance role with experience in PSA licensing and framework
  • Ability to work with the MAS and regulators around the region
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.
