Responsibilities:
  • Sector focus: General, Regional focus: Southeast Asia
  • Participating in full origination and execution initiatives from pitch phase to closing, working with seniors and clients to execute M&A transactions
  • Perform financial and valuation analyses using various methodologies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis and discounted cash flow DCF analysis
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate performance under various operating scenarios and to analyse the impacts of different capital structures
  • Support the preparation of presentation materials for use in client meetings
  • Provide industry expertise, research and financial analysis of markets & industries based off company information, research reports and other information sources
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on clients and targets, keeping in the loop of sector trends, market knowledge and industry developments
  • Good stakeholder management, coordinating efforts with deal team members and liaise with different teams and stakeholders


Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0.5-3 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / IBD/ Boutique Corporate Finance advisory firms/ M&A/ Big 4 CF
  • Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
  • Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
