An exciting role has come up with a renowned FI for a Professional Practice Lead to join the Internal Audit team. The role will be reporting director to the Chief Auditor with access to the Audit Committee.
 
This role will lead Audit Methodology and Standards implementation for the team as well as manage and execute the quality assurance and improvement program. You will be a trusted partner with the Internal Audit team and lead the implementation of tools and innovation to increase efficiency and effectiveness of audit work performed.
 
The ideal candidate possesses at least 10-15 of relevant work experience, ideally with some QA/IA methodology exposure within a Financial Institution Internal Audit function. Professional qualifications such as CIA/CA/ACCA/CPA/CISA highly advantageous. Strong communication skills would be a pre-requisite due to the need to work alongside senior stakeholders.
