The Insurance Consultants will be fully support by the resources of the Bank which includes:
  • High volume (300+) of qualified warm leads provided monthly, generated from the Bank's advanced digital AI tools and engagement with existing customers.
  • High commission scheme (close to agency) paid on a monthly basis with quarterly bonus.
  • Earning potential of $15,000 and more per month for average performers and above.
  • Ipad, laptop and mobile phone with access to the Bank's best-in-class digital analytical and financial planning tools.
  • Able to book meeting rooms at any branches island-wide for appointments.
  • Flexible-working hours to plan your day around your appointments with clients.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of prior experience in Financial Planning and Insurance Advisory.
  • Certified in CMFAS or the relevant certifications.
  • Passionate and driven to be successful in this role helping clients achieve their financial goals.
