Join a growing life insurance business as HNW lead. In this role you will shape the business strategy for the Singapore market , engage with our distribution partners to drive growth.

Internally, you will work with product , case management, underwriting stakeholders. Your role will be actively involved in product development and propositions to meet client needs and gaps, and work with back end team to manage client expectations and better processes.
Externally you will engage with the distribution partners to generate business development activities and opportunities.


Ideally you will have at least 10-15 years of direct and relevant experience in distribution partnerships. The successful individual will demonstrate strong track record managing stakeholder relationships with insurers, banks and brokers. Your knowldge of the HNW segment and IFA market will be highly desirable. You will be part of a team that works independently and are highly motivated to drive change and deliver growth and impact.
