Join a leading insurance business as Senior Manager/Head of Claims and be empowered to manage their group insurance claims team. In this role you will demonstrate your leadership and management capabilities and bring transformative change towards enhancing workflow processes. As an entire business, you and the respective stakeholders will contribute towards being a customer-centric and top-performing provider to clients and customers. 

Key Responsibilities:   
  • Claims Management - manage and guide team members to meet SLA and TAT, manage LOGs and claims receivables. 
  • Strategize, plan and guide the team to manage claims processes to prevent claim leakages and slippages. 
  • Conduct reviews on medical service providers where required. 
  • Review and improve outpatient and inpatient processes.   
  • Project Transformation- lead the team for adoption of new use of processes and systems. Be involved with inputs on claims rules for IT systems and oversee UAT testing.  
  • Devise guidelines for claims assessment to achieve improved productivity. 
  • Comply with MAS regulations and PDPA requirements, participate in claims audit and operationalize appropriate levels of control to management. 
Key Requirements:  
  • Team Management experience, leading and guiding team members
  • Proven experience in medical/group EB claims processing and claims management. 
  • Proficiency with reporting tools. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric, transformative mindset is key.
  • Highly driven and resilient to see through transformative changes and environments.
